Amber McGlinchey is co-owner with Aaron Petersen of the Coffee House in Solvang. Aaron also owns Chomp, and Brekkies restaurants, also in Solvang.

Amber is the quintessential young woman entrepreneur. She has two young children and energy to burn. She is at the Coffee Shop daily to greet her guests with a variety of the freshest locally roasted coffees, home made bakery goods and frittatas that she bakes herself each morning.
